The wiper cleaning machine is an environmentally friendly device designed to safely and efficiently regenerate used wipers that have been utilized in manufacturing sites. Previously discarded, used wipers can now be easily cleaned and solvent-separated with this machine, allowing the wipers to be reused in a dry state. Up to 99% of the solvent can be recovered, approximately 70% of the wipers can be reused, and waste volume can be reduced by up to 50%. There are no discharges of waste liquid or exhaust gas, and it features a safe design that does not use pressure or high temperatures (maximum temperature below 60°C, explosion-proof switch compatible), making it a reliable option for implementation. It accommodates a wide range of solvents, including aromatic, aliphatic, and ketone types, with a processing capacity of 16 kg (approximately 60L) per cycle.
